Pickup Policy
This policy outlines pickup procedures, payment requirements, and account suspension rules related to missed pickups.
Overview
Pickup must follow confirmed scheduling and payment rules.
Approved reservations are held only for the confirmed pickup window. Customers are expected to arrive on time and complete payment in full at pickup.
Pickup Scheduling
Pickup times are confirmed via WhatsApp or phone.
- Pickup must occur within the confirmed window.
- If you need to reschedule, notify us before the pickup time.
- Missed pickups without prior notice may count as a no-show.
Payment at Pickup
Full payment is required at the time of pickup.
Full payment is due at pickup. We do not allow partial payments or post-payment.

Order Verification
Verification may be required at pickup.
Customers may be asked to verify their reservation details (name, reservation ID, or phone number) before items are released.
Failure to Pickup / No-Show Rule
Repeated failure to pick up affects account status.
If a customer fails to pick up an approved reservation three (3) consecutive times, the account will be automatically suspended.
- Suspension may prevent future reservations.
- Reinstatement is at our discretion after review.
Pickup Location & Conduct
Customers must follow safety and conduct guidelines.
Pickup takes place at our designated Richmond Hill location. Customers must follow safety instructions and respectful conduct policies during pickup.

We may update this policy periodically.
