Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before placing a reservation or purchasing a skid. These terms explain what we sell, what “Guaranteed Working” means, and the 48-hour reporting window for replacements.

48-hour reporting window (Guaranteed only)
If something is not working, notify us within 48 hours of pickup for replacement eligibility.
No refunds
All sales are final. For eligible items, replacement is the only remedy.
As-Is = never tested
As-Is skids may be incomplete/damaged/non-functional and are not covered by the 48-hour policy.

“Products” on this website are for building a custom skid. We do not sell individual items as standalone purchases.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases and reservations made through Microwaves N More (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

Products & What We Sell

  • We sell liquidation skids in two categories: Guaranteed Working and As-Is.
  • We do not sell individual products as standalone items.
  • The Products page is used only for Make Your Own Skid (a custom skid). Items added there are treated as Guaranteed Working under the same policy below.

Guaranteed Working Skids & Make Your Own Skid

Guaranteed items are tested before being included in a skid, but liquidation items can still fail after pickup or during use.

What you get

A 48-hour reporting window from pickup for Guaranteed Working skids and Make Your Own Skid.

48-Hour Reporting Window (Guaranteed Only)

If an item from a Guaranteed Working skid (including Make Your Own Skid) is not working, you must notify us within 48 hours of pickup.

Please include:
  • Order / reservation details (name, date, skid title)
  • Item name/model (if visible)
  • A short video showing the issue
Important

Reports after 48 hours may not qualify for replacement. This policy applies only to Guaranteed Working and Make Your Own Skid.

Replacement Policy (Guaranteed Only)

If a reported item qualifies under the 48-hour reporting window, replacement will be one of the following:

  • The same product (same brand/model/type) if in stock.
  • If the exact product is not available, an equivalent item of the same type/category will be provided.
Example

If a Hamilton Beach 0.7 cu ft microwave from a Guaranteed skid is not working, it will be replaced with the same Hamilton Beach 0.7 cu ft microwave if available, or an equivalent microwave in the same range/category if not.

As-Is Skids

As-Is skids are never tested.

As-Is items may be incomplete, damaged, missing parts, or non-functional. As-Is skids are sold strictly as-is and are not covered by the 48-hour replacement policy.

No Refunds

All sales are final

We do not offer refunds. For Guaranteed Working skids / Make Your Own Skid, the only remedy is replacement under the 48-hour policy above (when eligible).

Pickup & Communication

Pickup details are confirmed via WhatsApp or phone. Please message us to schedule pickup availability.

We may request identification or order confirmation at pickup to prevent mistakes and ensure the correct items are handed over.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
