Refund / No Refund Policy
We sell liquidation skids and custom build-your-own skids. This policy explains our no-refund rule and when a replacement may apply for Guaranteed Working items.
The “Products” page is for building a custom skid. Items added there are treated as Guaranteed Working under the replacement window below.
This policy applies to all purchases and reservations made through Microwaves N More (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing from us, you agree to this Refund / No Refund Policy.
Overview
Liquidation inventory is sold with clear categories and remedies.
- We sell liquidation skids categorized as Guaranteed Working and As-Is.
- We do not offer refunds. For eligible Guaranteed items, replacement is the only remedy.
No Refunds (All Sales Final)
We do not provide refunds for any skid or custom skid.
We do not offer refunds for purchases, reservations, deposits, or pickup transactions. This applies to both Guaranteed Working and As-Is inventory.
Guaranteed Working: Replacement Window
Guaranteed Working skids (including Make Your Own Skid) may qualify for replacement if reported within 48 hours of pickup.
Notify us within 48 hours of pickup if an item is not working. If eligible, we will offer a replacement (not a refund).
- Replacement is the only remedy for Guaranteed items.
- Replacement is typically the same product; if unavailable, an equivalent item may be provided.
- Reports after 48 hours may not qualify.
As-Is Skids: No Coverage
As-Is skids are never tested and are sold strictly as-is.
As-Is items may be incomplete, damaged, missing parts, or non-functional. As-Is skids are sold strictly as-is and are not covered by replacement or refund.
Exceptions (Rare)
Very limited exceptions may apply in specific situations.
While refunds are not offered, we may consider a rare exception only in cases such as:
- Duplicate charge / confirmed payment error
- Transaction reversed by payment provider due to processing issue
- Pickup cancellation initiated by us (inventory not available after confirmation)
Any exception is at our discretion and may require proof (screenshots/receipt).
How to Report an Issue
For Guaranteed Working items, report issues within 48 hours.
- Order/reservation details (name, date, skid)
- Item name/model (if visible)
- A short video showing the issue
Message us via WhatsApp or phone using the Contact page. We will confirm eligibility and next steps.
Pickup & Verification
We may verify order details at pickup to prevent mistakes.
Pickup details are confirmed via WhatsApp or phone. We may request identification or order confirmation at pickup to ensure the correct skid/items are handed over.
